Shipping policy

We ship across Pakistan with tracked courier service.

Dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of confirmation.

Delivery time. Karachi 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. Other cities typically 2 to 4 working days.

Delivery charges. Delivery is free, anywhere in Pakistan. The price you see is the price you pay.

Tracking. You receive a tracking number by WhatsApp as soon as your parcel ships.

Cash on delivery is available nationwide. Advance payment by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash is also accepted, and prepaid orders are dispatched the same day wherever possible.

We confirm every cash-on-delivery order on WhatsApp before dispatch. Please give a complete address and a number you actually answer. Orders we cannot confirm are held, and released after three attempts across three days.
