Refund policy

We want your journal to serve you for the whole year, so:

Damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it free of charge or refund you in full, your choice.

Wrong item. If we sent the wrong product, we replace it at our cost.

Change of mind. Unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return courier cost is paid by the customer. We refund the product price in full.

Refunds are sent within 7 working days of us receiving the returned item, by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash.

Refused cash-on-delivery parcels. Repeatedly refusing delivered COD orders may lead us to ask for advance payment on future orders.
