Ordering and delivery
Do you deliver outside Karachi?
Yes. We deliver anywhere in Pakistan with a tracked courier, and delivery is free. The price you see is the price you pay.
How long does it take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of confirmation. After that, Karachi is usually 1 to 2 working days and other cities 2 to 4.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, anywhere in Pakistan. Or pay in advance by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. Prepaid orders go out the same day wherever possible.
Why do you message me on WhatsApp before sending it?
Because we confirm every cash-on-delivery order before it ships. It takes you one reply, and it is the reason parcels reach the right person at the right address instead of going back and forth across the country. You will get your tracking number on the same thread.
Can it come to the hospital or the hostel?
Yes. Give us the address where you will actually be when the rider calls, and a number you answer. That matters more than which kind of address it is.
The book itself
Will a ballpoint bleed through?
No. The paper is 90gsm uncoated fancy cream, chosen so a ballpoint does not ghost through to the next page.
Does it open flat?
Yes. It is case-bound, so it lies flat on a desk at 3am instead of trying to close itself.
How big is it, and how many pages?
132 x 212 mm, 192 pages, hardcover with a bone soft-touch matt finish. Ten sections.
The cream looks different in your photos than on my screen.
It will. The stock is a warm cream, and warm creams shift more than most colours under different light and on different screens. Under hospital fluorescents it reads cooler, in daylight warmer, and phone screens push it in whichever direction they are tuned. The paper is the same in every photo we publish.
I am a BDS house officer, not MBBS.
It is built for both. The rotations differ. The problem does not.
I am already halfway through my house job. Is it too late?
No. The sections do not assume you started in January. Start from today.

Returns
It arrived damaged.
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it free of charge or refund you in full, your choice.
I changed my mind.
Unused and unopened, in its original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Return courier is paid by you; we refund the product price in full.
